Since its founding more than a decade ago, Rubicon has strongly encouraged all team members to make a difference in their communities. Employees are provided with hours for charitable activities, and we organize and host a number of our own volunteering events throughout the year.

Working on local initiatives with organizations such as Saving Our Appalachian Region, Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation, and the Bluegrass Community Foundation, we are able to make a meaningful, positive impact right at home.
